Team Culture

Team culture refers to the shared values, attitudes, behaviors, and practices that shape how members of a team interact with each other and work together. It’s essentially the personality of the team and encompasses both the formal and informal ways that team members collaborate to achieve their goals.

In UAV design, team culture is also an important ring in the chain of collaboration.

  • Value and Beliefs

Everyone in the team should have strong wills to solve the problems they face, trust each other, respect each other, and stay true to their principles.

  • Group outings

This reduces the sense of unfamiliarity between team members, and forming close friendships. This can give teams stronger collective cohesion, enabling mutual understanding and care within teams.

  • Visualization

After determining the team’s name, designing team logo, uniforms, and team color theme not only obtains promotional materials for the team but also psychologically creates a sense of belonging and satisfaction for all the team members, making them more willing to contribute to the team.

  • Recordings and Publicity

The team may create (blogging) accounts, which is used to publish team members’ profiles, competition (design) information, preparation processes, behind-the-scenes anecdotes, and other contents, attracting more people to pay attention to UAV designs.
